Liz Hazard, Practice Manager

Liz is the first person you will meet from our dental practice. She is a coordinator extraordinaire who works with you to schedule your visits and maximize your benefits coverage. She has an excellent history in health care management, and is well connected to a number of health care offices near by. Liz earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Vassar College and Adelphi University. Her favorite aspect of her job is the friendships that she builds with our patients. Outside of the office, Liz enjoys La Jolla life. She is an avid jogger, who walks to work everyday!

Breann Magee, Dental Assistant

Breann is a registered dental assistant, who serves as our clinical ambassador. When you work with Breann, we hope you will notice how each visit begins with a conversation about you. She makes sure you are comfortable, takes time to communicate about your visit, and works along side Dr. Winter to complete your dental treatment. Breann is passionate about restoring oral health and smile appearance, and loves to see the emotional benefits that come with having a beautiful smile. Fresh air, good food and lots of outdoor fun keep Breann feeling happy and vibrant outside of our dental practice.


Nicole Healy, Registered Dental Hygienist

Nicole is originally from Boston, MA but decided to settle in San Diego with family for the beautiful weather and active lifestyle. She loves hiking, running, soccer, beach volleyball, eating out and doing anything outdoors! Nicole spends most of her free time exploring new places in San Diego with her son Rowan, and fiancé, Trey. Nicole was inspired to become a dental hygienist at the young age of 14 by her older sister, Shavonne who has also made dental hygiene her career. Surprisingly, it came natural and she discovered a hidden passion for teeth! Nicole started out as a dental assistant and continued onto hygiene school where she graduated from Mount Ida College in 2009. As your dental hygienist, Nicole is committed to providing you with the best experience. She prides herself with giving the most gentle, yet thorough cleaning possible.“I believe hygiene visits can be fun and enjoyable. My biggest reward is witnessing patients laugh, and most of all improve their oral health over time while under my care. I look forward to taking care of you!”

Cyndee Johnson, Registered Dental Hygienist

Dentistry. Thirty years and counting. Cyndee’s passion is partnering with patients to help them find an individualized path to oral and systemic health. Cyndee knows that quality, comprehensive care creates long-term health and her patients can count on receiving exactly that!  Her experience includes teaching anatomy/physiology, pharmacology and geriatric dentistry as well as traveling the world as a public speaker and coach sharing her Wellness.Driven.Dentistry™ processes with dental practices around the world. Cyndee doesn’t come to work, she comes to serve her patients with the most compassionate care possible. When our self-proclaimed Americano with steamed heavy cream addict isn’t here in our office, she’s traveling the country teaching other hygienists how to be awesome! Because Cyndee believes that everything we learn and do in our profession ought to benefit our patients in a healthy and positive way, she is an active member in the ADHA, CDHA, AADOM, AAOSH and ACSDD.


Leah Vacher, Hygiene Assistant

Leah is new to the practice as an intern with the hygiene team. She entered Hygiene school this fall and is on her way to her degree and her own career in health care. Leah is one of the most outgoing and down to earth people we know. Her style and energy are incomparable! Extremely smart and insightful we are so excited to be able to help her through her education while she helps us through our own.

Christian Winter, COO

Christian came to dentistry in 2006 through his capacity as a software author writing custom applications to communicate with patients using email and text message. Once inside the field, the many different layers of challenge fit his appetite for problem solving and it was evident a new career had begun. The best part of the job remains the people involved, from the patients to the team, as building relationships that last is key to the journey of life. 


Breanne, Director of Patient Services

Breanne has grown up in Southern Californiaand feels lucky to wakeup in beautiful San Diego everyday. She has a background in fashion, med-spas, executive support, and hospitality all in luxury, five-star establishments. Breanne loves going to live shows, trying new food and drinks, and spending time outdoors with her husband, Sam, and Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy, Senna (who is named after a F1 driver, but she gets car sick). Breanne is looking forward to meeting you and creating lasting relationships!


Kristina, Registered Dental Assistant – Extended functions Level 2

Kristina was born in Honolulu and spent half of her childhood here in Pacific Beach. She has two amazing dogs, a puggle and a rottweiler. Kristina loves to be outdoors – hiking, cycling and spending time at the beach. She have been fascinated by the dental field since she was in middle school and has been in the field for over 15 years. Kristina is most proud of being able to perform restorative dental work.
